What sleeping schedule are you guys on? I've been on just about everyone you can imagine in my lifetime. Lately though I've been on what most would consider a "normal" sleeping schedule. Going to bed around 11 and getting up around 7. I've been getting more sleep than I ever have before. The only bad thing is I'm the first one of my tribe to want to go home during a night of partying thanks to how long I'm awake by the time we get going.
So yeah. What sleeping schedule are you guys on and what are your thoughts/complaints about it?
I only sleep 5 hours a night.
ReplyDeletetry the 4 hours a sleep. awake 4 hours. sleep 20 minutes. Start again. Takes 20 days to get use to it.

ReplyDeleteUsually 11 - 8. 8 is the fixed time I wake up, everything else follows.
